Our buyers select all our teas and herbal infusions directly from our growers each season. When choosing any product, its visual appearance is considered, but above all, its organoleptic qualities. Then, an independent external laboratory accredited by COFRAC    —the French certification body—conducts conformity tests before any order is placed.

Our flavorist creates and balances all of our tea and infusion recipes.

A development committee, supported by a tasting group, tastes and selects all creations before they reach your cup.

Once received, the batch is quarantined while two further analyses are performed. The first is an organoleptic study of the goods conducted by our experts (analysis of smell, taste, and appearance). The second is a series of analyses carried out in an independent external laboratory, accredited by COFRAC.

At our factory, we have developed optical sorting and dust removal machines for raw materials. For more delicate materials, sorting is done manually.
